The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our special moment even more memorable! ! The multiple on-site restaurants offered delicious options, and the breathtaking mountain views from our room were simply stunning!

The room decor felt quite outdated, leaving an impression of gloominess. the breakfast options were somewhat limited for a five-star experience.

Chur, this place was sweet as, but the service was slow at the restaurant. Loved the spa facilities, though! Really enjoyed the massage.

The suite was impressively spacious, featuring a separate living area where we could unwind after a long day on the slopes. Views of the glacier from our multiple windows were nothing short of breathtaking, truly making our stay feel special.

While the Italian restaurant offered some fresh dishes, the menu lacked variety, particularly in fish and chicken options. The breakfast selection was basic and didn't meet the expectations one would typically have for such an upscale place. we experienced some noise issues in the room due to its location in the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider this. the hotel has its perks, but a few tweaks here and there would enhance the experience significantly.

We had a fab stay! Our room was super spacious with stunning mountain views. The shuttle service was a big plus, making it easy to explore. The breakfast spread was awesome, but a little more variety would’ve been nice. The staff were super friendly and really added to the charm of the place!

The moment we entered, the manager, Stephanie, was there to assist, helping us pick the perfect hiking routes every day, she truly made us feel special.

Sure, it wasn’t budget-friendly, but who cares when you’re having this much fun.
